Overview

KIC offers the opportunity to experience various global asset management fields.

Eligibility

Korean citizens between 15 and 34 years of age may apply, in accordance with the 「Special Act on Promotion of Youth Employment.」

※ The maximum age limit varies as follows for those with military experience :

Korean military service period

① Less than 1 year : 35 years old, ② 1-2 years : 36 years old, ③ More than 2 years : 37 years old

Internship Period

4 months (Internship extensions or conversion of employment status to full-time not possible)

Selection Process

• General : Recruitment Announcement → Application Submission → Application Screening → Employment Test(NCS Test) → Interview Screening (Final)
• Applicants with disabilities : Recruitment Announcement → Application Submission → Application Screening → Interview Screening (Final)
